Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access to proprietary materials, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Less than 25% of the course content has been accessed or completed
- No quizzes have been attempted or completed
- No case studies have been accessed
- No bonus materials (including books or downloadable resources) have been accessed or downloaded
- No contact has been made with therapist support (including email communication)
- The refund request is made within the 14-day period
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted if any of the following conditions apply:
- More than 25% of the course has been accessed or completed
- Any quiz has been attempted
- Any case study has been accessed
- Any bonus or downloadable material has been accessed or downloaded
- Therapist support has been used
- The request is submitted after 14 days from purchase
Digital Content Waiver
By purchasing and accessing this course, you acknowledge that the content is delivered digitally and made available immediately. By accessing any course materials, you expressly agree to waive any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once access has begun.
Monitoring and Verification
We reserve the right to monitor course activity, including content access, progress tracking, quiz participation, downloads, and support usage. Refund eligibility will be determined based on this data.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within the 14-day period at admin@mastersrelation.com with your purchase details.
All requests are subject to review and verification. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Abuse and Misuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or attempts to exploit this policy, including excessive consumption of content prior to a refund request.
