About me

Originally trained as a psychologist, I have pursued an MA in communication and an MSc in Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy (High Distinction). However, my interest lies in exploring the links between past experiences and present realities, uncovering patterns, and allowing the hidden to surface. Following the completion of my personal analysis and seminar attendance, I’ve transitioned into the role of a psychoanalyst, joining the Société de Psychanalyse Freudienne (SPF, Paris) as a practicing member. As such, I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions in English, French, and Arabic. Through my private practice and through work in Counseling Centers and with NGOs, my specialization has been in crafting secure environments where individuals can explore their inner worlds, gaining insight into their emotions and thoughts. My focus is on nurturing emotional health and personal development, supporting individuals across diverse cultural landscapes. I have expertise in addressing anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, gender identity challenges and LGBT+ issues. Additionally, I facilitate group psychotherapy, fostering a collaborative healing environment.

In my academic pursuits, I am involved with research focused on modern family structures; particularly interested in the Coparenting Alliance Model (CAM) wherein non-intimate and non-residing partners come together to start and raise a family collaboratively. I am eager to connect with individuals who are already part of this family dynamic or those contemplating it for themselves. By engaging with members of the CAM, I hope to foster a community where shared experiences and knowledge contribute to the well-being and success of modern families pursuing this alternative path.

It’s common to feel a combination of emotions when embarking on this significant healing journey. Seeking therapy is a proactive step toward emotional well-being, driven by diverse reasons ranging from managing mental health conditions like anxiety or depression to navigating life transitions, addressing relationship challenges, fostering self-exploration and growth, processing past traumas, managing stress effectively, and developing healthier coping skills. My Approach

As a psychoanalyst, my approach to resolving conflicts involves exploring the unconscious processes and internal dynamics that drive tensions or disagreements. I focus on understanding the underlying emotional factors, past experiences, and unresolved issues that influence present conflicts. By creating a safe, reflective space for self-exploration, I help individuals gain insight into their motivations, desires, and anxieties. This awareness allows them to work through conflicts on a deeper level, leading to healthier resolutions and more adaptive relational patterns. Insight, self-awareness, and unconscious drives are central to my therapeutic process.
