My training spans multiple modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Pain Management. Additionally, I integrate Animal-Assisted Therapy into my work, offering a rich, holistic approach to healing.
