About me

I am half-Irish and half-French, and I grew up in Belgium.
I have always been passionate about psychology, understanding the human mind, and helping people through tough times but also through personal growth and positive transformation.
Today, I travel the globe full-time and am working on developing an online business so I can continue living freely while creating a positive impact in people’s lives along the way.

I run an online, holistic, and client-centered therapy practice. My work bridges modern psychotherapy with ancient healing wisdom, drawing from Ayurvedic principles and integrative practices that nurture mind, body, and soul.

I see health as a balance of three essential pillars:

Physical health: Inspired by the wisdom of Ayurveda, I recognize that nourishing the body is vital for emotional well-being.
Emotional health: At its core, this is about how we relate to ourselves and to others. I use somatic and client-centered tools to support emotional clarity and self-trust.
Energetic & spiritual health: Practices like yoga, Reiki, and plant medicine can expand and support this aspect. I do not practice these methods myself, but I help clients process and integrate the emotional shifts that arise from these experiences.

Education

Qualifications & Experience

I did a 3 year BA in psychology in University College Dublin (Ireland), followed by a MSc in Psychological Science, also in UCD.

I graduated in 2019, moved back to Belgium, and opened a private practice in La Courte Echelle, working with children and teenagers. I took up a Creative Existential Therapy Course, which is currently on pause for personal reasons, but I intend to complete the last 6 months this year.
During my time in Belgium, I volunteered a lot alongside my practice: I did hippotherapy to support children with disabilities with Les Rênes de la Vie, and I worked for 8 months teaching literacy to teens in exile – mostly refugees, travelers, and unaccompanied minors who could not integrate the school system. These jobs expanded my view of what the human experience can be, taught me a lot about my role as a supportive adult, and accompanied my own personal journey in my relationship to psychology.
Last year, I began a course in PEAT (a Serbian method similar to Internal Family Systems), which I will soon complete.

My Approach

My clients are in charge of their own process. I create a safe and unconditionally accepting space for them to safely open up and get to know their own inner world. My tools permit them to make each part of them feel safe inside themselves, improving self-trust, which then makes navigating the outside world a lot easier. I include somatic and creative processing of traumatic experiences, Shadow work, and holistic health recommendations and referrals when appropriate.
I love to step into each individual’s personal world, to see how I can help them from where they currently are in their worldview and growth journey.
