The initial intake email is a free service to gather information about your needs and therapy goals. This email helps your therapist understand your situation and prepare a personalized therapy plan tailored to you.

Each package includes:

  • Silver Support Package: Standard exercises and worksheets.
  • Platinum Care Package: Custom exercises and worksheets tailored to your goals.
  • Diamond Guidance Package: Advanced and exclusive exercises and worksheets.

All packages provide access to various articles and guides relevant to your therapy topics, with increasing access based on the package level.

Messages should be between 300 and 1,000 words in length. You can use various fonts, colors, and expressions to communicate effectively. Feel free to emphasize points, include images, drawings, or diagrams to enhance your messages. The more detailed and expressive your messages, the more they will contribute to the therapeutic process.

Each session includes a therapy hour (50 minutes) during which your emails are carefully read and responded to with a therapeutic reply. In your practitioner’s response, you will receive support, feedback, suggestions, and questions to aid in your therapy. A session concludes once your practitioner has utilized the full 50 minutes to read and reply to your messages. Depending on the length of your emails and the complexity of your issue, you may receive multiple responses per session. At the end of each email, your practitioner will inform you of the remaining minutes for that session, helping you plan for any additional sessions you may need.
