About me

I am a dedicated psychotherapist who weaves a rich tapestry of personal experience, formal education and years of helping individuals navigate challenges and find personal growth.

My approach to psychotherapy is truly holistic and empowering. Having walked a path of personal healing, I hold a deep conviction that life’s challenges and transitions are opportunities to uncover our intrinsic values—courage, wisdom, patience, love, and resilience—that equip us to overcome and face future crises with renewed confidence. In my practice, I walk with clients through a journey from helplessness to hope, empowering them to emerge stronger, wiser, and whole.

After decades in the corporate world, I responded to a calling to the helping profession, carrying with me a deeper empathetic insight into the pressures of work and personal responsibilities and hence offering valuable support to my clients.

I continue to strive for balance and growth in my life by reading, watching movies, meditating, practising qigong and meeting up with friends during my leisure time

I hold a Bachelor of Science (Economics), Second Upper-Class Honors from the University of London. I graduated with a Master of Social Science (Counselling) from the University of South Australia. My interest in psycho-spirituality spurred her to obtain a Master of Arts in Christian Spirituality, with a focus on Spiritual Direction, from Loyola University Chicago.

I have been practising as a counsellor in the church counselling ministry, my practice and with EAP. I have journeyed with inmates in the halfway house. I also worked with clients with anxiety attacks, depression, anger management, and burnout that impaired them from performing well at work. Having personally experienced the demand and pressure during my years in corporate environments enables me to relate and empathise with clients’ stress at work and hence be of help to them.

My Approach

During my session, I hold a safe and non-judgmental space to accompany clients to walk out of darkness into the light. In their process of resolving their challenges, they discover their abilities to turn stumbling blocks in life into stepping stones. I find it heart-warming to see the breakthroughs of my clients, who allow their strength, courage, passion, and peace to emerge from the wellspring of their inner being. My deepest desire is for individuals to grow authentically, embracing their gifts and uniqueness on their journey to wholeness and freedom.
