Lê views counselling as a collaborative process, wherein the clients are helped to sharpen their clarity around what the resolution of their concerns looks like, learn new skills, and adopting new perspectives to address their issues that lead to a more fulfilled relationship. Lê recognizes that clients come to counselling from diverse life experiences and acknowledges their uniqueness. Lê’s uniqueness has become her specialty. She is bilingual, had a strong root in her Asian origin, while University-educated, lives, and works in Australia, for many years. Qualifications & Experience
Lê holds a Bachelor of Counselling and Human Change (2001) and a Graduate Diploma in Systemic (Couples) Therapy (2001). Before moving into private practice, Lê worked with several NGOs including Relationships Australia and Uniting Counselling and Mediation (previously UNIFAM).
Whilst she primarily works from a Systemic and Person-Centred approach, Lê also draws from Attachment Theory, Gottman Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Developmental Couple Therapy model, Internal Family Systems, Relational Life Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
Lê is a Registered Clinical Counsellor member of Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA)..

Individual counselling: $150 for 50′ session, $220 for 80′ session.
Couple counselling: $200 for 50′ session, $300 for 80′ session.

My Approach
In her approach to counselling, and particularly in the first session, Lê likes for her clients to feel at ease, listened to and understood. She aims to cultivate a comfortable environment in which her clients can voice their concerns and have a counsellor who is confident to work through their issues with them.
In addition to relationship counselling, Lê works with clients to address a range of concerns including self-esteem, depression, stress and anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, anger management and cross-cultural issues, meaning of life
