About me

I’m a senior Clinical Hypnotherapist, raised, educated and trained in England.

My private practice is located in Rotterdam and I see the vast majority of my international clients online.

Having lived in a number of countries in Europe, South America and the Middle East I have experience with many different cultures and continue to work with people from across the globe.

Having seen life changing results in my individual clients (with Solution Focused Hypnotherapy) as well as beautiful transformations for couples (with my emotional solutions approach), I am passionate about continuing to share this work widely, bridging physical distances to help individuals and couples wherever in the world they may be.

As a humanist, I trust in the power within each person and I enjoy supporting people on their journey to helping themselves. I’m always inspired to work with people who are looking to actively make positive changes and I feel honoured to be part of those positive intentions and efforts, which ripple out and brighten up the lives of not only the individuals, but those who come into contact with them and even impact generations to come..

My Approach

My approach is empowering; founded in the humanistic tradition (focusing on strengths, human potential, self-discovery and developing strong sense of self). It is client-centred which meant people are clients (not patients) they are the authority on their own lives and I do not tell them what to do (non-directive) but rather use a solution-focused approach to guide and support people to figure out their own solutions. I am also holistic and integrative throughout the therapy, this means that I see the person as a whole and I see what it is they may need most in the moment, rather than stick to a fixed structure in the sessions. The focus is for the person to leave the session feeling more empowered and more at peace then when when they arrived.

For individuals, my approach includes hypnotherapy each session, because this double-pronged approach of working with both the conscious and subconscious helps people make changes quicker and easier than with talk therapy alone.

For couples, my approach is based on attachment science and is heavily influenced by emotionally focused therapy. It is both experiential and solution-focused. It supports the couple to restructure emotional experiences, to understand and heal their attachment wounds, to become more bonded and then to come up with new solutions together.

An important part of my approach is to providing a high-quality private practice service to all clients. So clients receive very personalised attention, they know they are not a number in the system. They can be sure of quick access (no waiting list) and they have direct messaging access to me as their therapist should they need it. In short, they know that I am there with with them and for them. dedicated to supporting their process
