About me
The stories we tell ourselves shape how we experience life—how we see ourselves, relate to others, and make decisions. Sometimes, these narratives stem from past experiences that we haven’t fully processed, leaving us feeling stuck, anxious, or uncertain. At the same time, our nervous system plays a crucial role in how we respond to stress, connection, and change. When our nervous system is dysregulated, it can be difficult to feel at ease within ourselves and our relationships. Therapy can help with both—by reshaping the stories we carry and developing tools to regulate our emotions and responses.
I take a psychodynamic approach, exploring how past experiences influence your present life, while also integrating practices that support nervous system balance and resilience. As an EMDR therapist, I help clients process unresolved experiences so they no longer hold power over them. Our work together will help you gain self-awareness, navigate challenges with greater clarity, and feel more grounded in yourself and your relationships.

Education
Qualifications & Experience
I am a registered psychotherapist in Austria and EMDR therapist with extensive training in psychodynamic therapy, trauma processing, and nervous system regulation. My approach integrates both depth-oriented psychotherapy and practical tools for emotional resilience, drawing from modalities such as EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, and embodiment practices.
In addition to my psychotherapy qualifications, I have completed specialized training in neurofeedback, heart rate variability (HRV) training, and embodiment practices that support nervous system regulation and mind-body integration. My clinical experience spans individual and group therapy, both in-person and online, working with professionals, expatriates, and individuals navigating major life transitions.
