What is the Life Map Template?

The Life Map Template is a visual tool designed to help you plot the key highs and lows in your life. It allows us to see, in a clear and intuitive way, the events and experiences that have been most impactful to you. This visual representation will give both of us a valuable overview, making it easier to understand the context of your life and the foundation for our coaching journey.


What to Expect:

  • Mapping Milestones: We’ll look at the significant moments in your life – both the achievements that you’re proud of and the disappointments that have challenged you.
  • Exploring Key Events: You will have the space to visually draw and reflect on the highs and lows, helping to uncover patterns and insights that may not be immediately obvious through conversation alone.
  • Deepening Our Understanding: Using the questions provided, or those we come up with together, we will delve deeper into your experiences, helping to build a richer picture of who you are and what drives you.

Example Insight:

For instance, one client discovered something surprising while using the Life Map Template. They realized that going to boarding school, which they had always thought they enjoyed, was actually a significant “low” in their life. This revelation created a major shift in their understanding, and it became a recurring theme in our coaching sessions. We frequently revisited the question: “How do you really feel about that? What’s underneath?”


Additional Uses:
