E-Course Terms & Conditions
Agreement & Access
To access our online e-courses, you must attest that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this E-Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. The term “course” includes the e-course Web pages, lessons, and all associated materials.
Use of E-Course Materials
All e-courses and related materials, along with references, are the property of the SOA or of third parties and may only be used as outlined in this agreement. Written permission from the SOA and/or the publisher is required for any other use.
You may view and read all materials included in the e-course. You may print content for personal use only. Sharing login credentials, distributing course materials, or publishing content externally is prohibited.
E-Course Access & Duration
- Access to discussion forums is available only to registered e-course participants.
- Courses are designed to be completed within 12 months, with access granted for one year from purchase.
Refund Policy
You may withdraw from a course at any time. However, once registered and logged in, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Complaints & Disciplinary Action
Complaints about a breach of participation rules or terms should be sent to admin@mastersrelation.com.
Violations of this agreement may result in actions under the Actuarial Board for Counseling and Discipline (ABCD) regulations or other measures the SOA is authorized to take.
Responsibility & Disclaimer
You are responsible for your actions while using the e-courses and agree to indemnify the SOA for any resulting claims or losses.
Reference materials, links, and “Ask the Expert” or “Thought Questions” content reflect only the opinions of contributors and are not endorsed by the SOA.
System Access Rules
- No use of robots, spiders, or other automated processes to access or copy content without prior written permission.
- Do not compromise security, interfere with system operations, or overload infrastructure.
- Copying, modifying, or publicly displaying content requires prior written authorization.
Attestation
Access to e-courses will be denied to individuals who do not agree to these terms. The SOA reserves the right to terminate access for violations.
